We believe every couple should collect amazing photos from their wedding day. But we also know that sometimes, despite your best efforts, guests simply don't upload.

If no guests share their photos, you shouldn't pay for an empty gallery.

That's why we offer a full refund if you receive zero guest uploads within 14 days of your wedding. Just email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

How it works:

✓ You placed QR codes on tables or shared your gallery link with guests

✓ But no one uploaded – sometimes it happens, and that's not your fault

✓ Email us within 14 days of your wedding date for a full refund

✓ We process it quickly – usually within 5 working days

When this applies:

This guarantee is for the unfortunate situation where guests don't engage, so refunds are available when:

  • You genuinely shared your gallery with guests (via QR codes, messages, or other means)
  • Zero photos were uploaded by anyone other than you testing the system
  • You're requesting within 14 days of your wedding date

When it doesn't apply:

To keep this fair, we can't offer refunds if:

  • Guests did upload photos but you've since deleted them
  • Your wedding date was more than 14 days ago

We keep a simple record of uploads (not the photos themselves, just that they happened) so we can quickly verify zero-upload situations and process genuine requests.
