Albums let you group the photos in your gallery into separate sections, such as the hen party, the ceremony or the evening. They're a Premium feature, and your free trial includes them.
Making an Album
- On the gallery page, tap the Select button in the bottom right and tick the photos you want
- Tap Album in the bar at the bottom of the screen
- Choose an album, or type a name to make a new one
- Tap Add
You can also open Filter & Sort and tap Edit albums to make, rename or delete albums without picking any photos.
Adding a Whole Day at Once
If your celebration ran over several days you don't need to tick every photo. In the Add to album page, switch from Ticked photos to A whole day, pick the day, and every photo taken that day goes into the album. The days come from the time each photo was taken, so this works even when guests upload weeks later. This is the besy way to add, for example, all of your hen party photos to an album in one go.
One Album per Photo
A photo sits in one album at a time, so adding it to another album moves it. To take photos out of an album, select them, tap Album, and use Remove the ticked photos from their album at the bottom of the sheet.
Finding Photos by Album
Once you have made an album, an Album filter appears in Filter & Sort. Choose an album to see only those photos, or Not in an album to see what you haven't sorted yet. Photos in an album show a small folder mark on their thumbnail, and the photo details show which album they're in.
Albums and Your Guests
Guests don't choose an album when they upload, so nothing slows them down. If you share your gallery, guests get the same Album filter and can jump straight to the ceremony or the evening.
Renaming and Deleting
Open Filter & Sort and tap Edit albums. Deleting an album never deletes the photos. They stay in your gallery and go back to being not in an album.
