Most uploads complete without any issues, but here are solutions to common problems your guests might encounter.
QR Code Won't Scan
- Ensure good lighting – QR codes need contrast to scan properly
- Hold the phone steady and at the right distance (10-30cm)
- Clean the camera lens
- The printed code may be too small – try a larger print
Upload Takes Too Long
- Check the Wi-Fi or mobile signal strength
- Large video files take longer – this is normal
- Try uploading fewer files at once
- Wedding venues often have weak signal – consider providing guest Wi-Fi
Upload Fails
If an upload fails, the system automatically retries. If it continues to fail:
- Check internet connection
- Try closing and reopening the browser
- Upload files individually rather than in bulk
- Try a different browser or device
"Gallery Not Found" Error
This means the QR code link doesn't match a valid gallery. Check that:
- The QR code is printed correctly
- Your account is active and paid
- The gallery hasn't expired
"Uploads Disabled" Message
This appears when you've turned off uploads in your settings. To re-enable:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Toggle "Accept Uploads" back on
Photo Doesn't Appear in Gallery
Photos go through processing after upload. Allow a few minutes for:
- Thumbnail generation
- Quality assessment
- Face detection (Premium)
If it still doesn't appear after 10 minutes, contact support.
