- Basic Plan – 3 months from your wedding date
- Premium Plan – 12 months from your wedding date
When Does the Clock Start?
Your storage period begins on your wedding date, not when you register or pay. This means you can set up your account well in advance.

We'll send you email reminders before your storage expires.
Make sure your email address is correct so you receive these important notifications.
Don't Lose Your Photos
We strongly recommend downloading your photos well before expiry. Consider:
- Downloading as soon as you've reviewed them
- Using cloud export as an additional backup
- Storing multiple copies in different locations
Extending Your Storage Time
Near the end of your membership, we will email you with details of how to pay to extend your storage time.
