Gather & Group is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once and have access for your entire storage period. There are:
- No recurring charges
- No automatic renewals
- No hidden fees
Receipts
A receipt is sent to your email address immediately after payment.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Security
Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified – the highest level of security certification.
