Email Verification Problems

Having trouble verifying your email address? Here are the most common causes and solutions.

I Didn't Receive the Verification Email

  1. Check your spam/junk folder – Email providers sometimes filter legitimate emails
  2. Wait a few minutes – Emails can be delayed
  3. Check you typed your email correctly – Common typos: .con instead of .com, missing letters
  4. Add us to your contacts – Add our email address to prevent future filtering
  5. Request a new link – Click "Resend verification email" on the login page

The Verification Link Doesn't Work

  • Link expired – Verification links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one.
  • Link already used – If you've already verified, just log in normally.
  • Link was broken – Some email clients break long links. Try copying and pasting the entire URL.

I Used the Wrong Email Address

If you registered with the wrong email address:

  1. Create a new account with the correct email
  2. Or contact support to have your email address updated

My Email Provider is Blocking Messages

Some corporate or educational email systems have strict filtering. Try:

  • Using a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo)
  • Asking your IT department to safelist our domain
