Having trouble verifying your email address? Here are the most common causes and solutions.
I Didn't Receive the Verification Email
- Check your spam/junk folder – Email providers sometimes filter legitimate emails
- Wait a few minutes – Emails can be delayed
- Check you typed your email correctly – Common typos: .con instead of .com, missing letters
- Add us to your contacts – Add our email address to prevent future filtering
- Request a new link – Click "Resend verification email" on the login page
The Verification Link Doesn't Work
- Link expired – Verification links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one.
- Link already used – If you've already verified, just log in normally.
- Link was broken – Some email clients break long links. Try copying and pasting the entire URL.
I Used the Wrong Email Address
