My Photos Aren't Appearing
- Allow a few minutes for processing
- Refresh the gallery page
- Try a different browser
Guests Can't Upload
- Check uploads are enabled in Settings
- Verify the gallery hasn't expired
- Test the QR code yourself
- Check venue Wi-Fi/signal strength
Download Link Doesn't Work
- Links expire after 7 days - request a new download
- Try a different browser
- Disable download-blocking extensions
Face Recognition Isn't Working
- Ensure you're on the Premium plan
- Very blurry or dark photos may not detect faces
