You can upgrade from your free trial at any time - there is no need to wait until the trial ends. Many couples upgrade as soon as they have tested the service and are happy with how it works.
How to Upgrade
Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Gather & Group account
- Go to your Dashboard - you will see your trial status and an upgrade option
- Click "Choose a Plan" to see your options
- Select Basic or Premium based on your needs
- Complete payment securely
Your gallery is upgraded instantly after payment. Guests can start uploading without limits right away.
Choosing the Right Plan
Basic is perfect if you:
- Want unlimited guest uploads
- Need 3 months of storage from your wedding date
- Want the quality filter to hide blurry photos
- Are happy downloading all photos as a single zip file
Premium is ideal if you:
- Want 12 months of storage
- Would love face grouping to find photos of each person
- Want to label people ("Grandma", "Best Man", etc.)
- Prefer organised downloads by person or your favourites
- Want to add certain uploads as favourites
- Want to display a live slideshow during your reception
What Happens to Trial Photos?
Any photos you uploaded during your trial will remain in your gallery. They are not deleted or lost - they become part of your full gallery once you upgrade. You can always delete them if you'd prefer.
Can I Upgrade from the Basic plan to Premium Later?
Yes! If you start with Basic, you can always upgrade to Premium later. You will only pay the difference between the plans, and all your existing photos will be processed with face grouping.
