Understanding Your Plan

Gather & Group offers two plans to suit different needs. Here's what's included in each.

Basic Plan

  • Unlimited guest uploads – No limit on photos or videos
  • 3 months storage – Starting from your wedding date
  • Quality filtering – Automatically identifies blurry photos
  • Single ZIP download – Download all photos in one archive
  • Video support – Accept video uploads with automatic previews

Premium Plan

Everything in Basic, plus:

  • 12 months storage – A full year from your wedding date
  • Face recognition – Automatically groups photos by person
  • Organised downloads – Download photos sorted by person, date, or location
  • Cloud export – Send photos directly to Google Drive or Dropbox
  • Live Slideshow - Display a live feed of photos during your reception

Upgrading Your Plan

If you started with Basic and want to upgrade to Premium, you can do so at any time from your dashboard:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Look for the "Upgrade to Premium" option
  3. You'll only pay the difference
  4. Face recognition will begin processing your existing photos

Storage Period

Your storage period starts from your wedding date, not from when you register. This means you can set up your account weeks or months before the wedding.

We'll send you reminder emails before your storage expires, giving you plenty of time to download your photos or purchase an extension to your storage.
